About
Dean Patrick Fleming is a director, an actor, an arts leader and a person interested in the world. Besides having directed over sixty productions in his career, he also performs in film, on television and lends his voice to video games and animated series. Dean has taught at Concordia University, ASM Performing Arts and continues to teach at the National Theatre School of Canada. He has been a volunteer board member for both local and national organizations, accepted the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion award in 2015 and in 2013 was awarded the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal for his contribution to the Arts.
Much of this website’s content is from great memories and projects I’ve had the pleasure of taking part in creating. The hope is the site will help ignite new projects and maybe introduce new ideas. I spent ten years as the Artistic Director of a great theatre company in Montreal, Geordie Productions, and now I’m enjoying new challenges as Artistic Director of Hudson Village Theatre and looking forward to discovering even more. I love working with a team of imaginative people and telling stories. Feel free to get in touch if there’s a project we could work on together.
